Lets Rent

Lets Rent are the Agency from Hell! I would strongly recommend AGAINST them based on my past experience as a landlord.
I passed my house to Adil for him to find suitable tenants and manage myself. What I got as a result was a bunch of animals whom not only trashed and destroyed all the fixtures and fittings in my house, they also stole what was worth any value. e.g. washing machine and microwave.
It then turns out that Adil did not do any of the procedures such as an inventory list or take ANY responsibility for this.
Not only is Adil not compensating me or help me in finding any compensation, he is now holding rent money he collected from the tenants AS WELL AS utility bill payments, but NOT giving it to the landlord (me).
Basically a nightmare I’m am dying to wake up from. Possibly one of the worse choices I have ever made in my lifetime, is to chose and trust Mr Adil Ayub (Managing Director) from Lets Rent.

Adil and the team have been giving me advice and guidance and sound direction in the lettings market for nearly six months now.
The owner is polite, proffesional and above all knows his business. If you want a safe property wether a tenant that needs looking after or a landlord that wants management you cant go wrong here.
Just remember I told you so… once you have spoken to the team and dealt with them personally you wont want to go anywhere else.
Save yourself getting rinsed by the major lettings agents that sucker you in with low introductory joining fees but then fleece you in your monthly charges. Here you will find transparent charges you can understand and trust. I had a big problem with lettings agents before but this one has put trust back into the game

Based on City Road in Stokes Croft, just around the corner from the centre of town, Lets Rent is a small lettings agency who let and manage property all over Bristol. They have a mixture of properties, from modern and luxurious city centre flats to traditional terraced homes. Their office is small but this only enhances their service to the prospective tenant. They’ll organise viewings to the tenants availability, and if successful, will take them through the process of referencing and commencing a move in. The staff are very friendly whilst professional at the same time. A good small business.
