Often being without a car makes it difficult for a modern-​day pet owner. Where do you get squeaky balls locally? (I think there is a joke in there somewhere…). This has a great stock of food and toys — particularly good for dog chews in the form of dried pieces of farm animal (pigs ears, yum). Dogs are allowed in as long as they don’t steal anything! The best thing is they deliver food locally, so you can buy the economy bags of kibble without the back injury.
Find the shop at the end of the high street just before you hit the Somerfield/​Tesco (old Co-​op) pair of supermarkets.
