Fairtrade spice merchants that sell their produce across the world, including many supermarkets.
I really love the selection of herbs, spices and tasty treats they package and sell — all biodynamic and extremely useful in all your cooking.
What I love best about Bart’s (aside from their minimal packaging and great zingy flavours) is that they are one of the only spice manufacturers I’ve found in the UK to sell smoked paprika. You can get regular paprika anywhere — but not smoked. There’s is rich red and keeps its flavour for chilli con carne and stews.
