I admit I only buy galette des rois here, but I feel compelled to write because I just had THE BEST GALETTE DES ROIS OF MY LIFE. It was still warm from the oven (ordered ahead of time) and ooooh the flaky crispy light fluffy pastry! Ooooh the warm, delicious, almondy frangipane filling! It was DIVINE!!! They are definitely the best you can get for your galette des rois needs (I’ve tried them all ;) and theirs is nice when it’s not fresh out of the oven, too!)
