My friend’s Granny is spending her ‘relaxing’ years here and I have to admit, when I get to the point of life when my kids utter those fateful words — ‘Dad, for your own safety, we’re moving you to a new home where you’ll have lots of new friends’ — I’d like to end up at Princess Alexandra.
The staff are so friendly and engaging with the ‘guests’ and in no way short tempered. The food is top quality and the atmosphere in the communal lounges is great.
A retirement home at the top of it’s game!
