Now and then we feel special enough to order a nice large pizza from Papa John’s. The variety is fine. However, we did notice that they have pulled out a few pizzas and replaced it with new meat ones. Ordering online is a plus too. They have a 45 minute delivery promise and we’ve not been let down so far. Also they have a promise that if you don’t love your pizza, you get it for free. Tonight, we were offered buy one get one free as we mentioned we work for the NHS. What a perk!

Too bland. My friends who are locals say nearby Pizza 500 is the best if you can get through to them on the phone. Better take away options on London Road and Brighton is small so far better delivery options worth pursuing.

Papa Johns have been doing a bit of a publicity drive in Brighton recently so I thought I’d give them a try. especially because on a Tuesday they do a two for one! I’ve gotta say, they were pretty good pizzas with lots of choice on toppings. Next time I might try some of their yummy looking sides.

It would seem that the competition is hotting up in Brighton and Hove for the takeaway delivery market. Papa John’s have been plastering the city with leaflets. So I thought I’d give them the benefit of a try for a party I had. Not bad. One step up from the usual stodge and they arrived promptly, piping hot. The base in particular seems superior to most pizzas of this kind.
