Very welcoming! I stayed in a twin room which had an en-suite.(1 of 2 out of 6 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, the other 4 rooms have to share). At arrival we were asked what time we wanted to come for breakfast, and they took our order so we didn’t have to worry about it in the morning. The only negative thing was that sleeping in the front room we could hear the music from a nearby club until 1am in the morning, and a lot of talking drunk heads later on. It might be different if you sleep in one of the back rooms.
