The Brighton Media Centre is one of Brighton’s best established and most useful spaces for media types, offering different sizes and types of office spaces in a couple of locations now, as well as a large space ideal for gallerys and installations and performances. I’ve worked for two different companies in the building, and the professionalism with which it is run is a great credit to the companies involved. Services offered also include onsite studios and filming… is there anything this space doesn’t have? Most people will find they will have the most contact with and spend the most time in the basement area, which is used as an art gallery and Brighton Fringe venue most of the time. The space is pleasantly catacomb-like, while still being quite clear and open: a strange and enticing combination. If you see any ads for anything here, give them a go: this space seems to encourage some really lateral thinking.
