This new shop is a great little place. Downstairs there’s a deli counter with lots of excellent cheese, lovely hams and cured meat. There’s also plenty of interesting dried and cannned food, some of it organic, as well as a chilled drinks section. Matthew Coxon, the manager, mentioned that they were planning to start stocking wine soon, again possibly organic. Upstairs there was a lot of lovely kitchen things — from gadgets to wooden spoons. I visited it not long after it had opened so it’s going to get even better soon. Really nice poeple there and lots to tempt you.
