Absolutely briliiant coffee shop these chains of coffee shops usually do not differ from each other. but this is the best café Nero by far. the staff seem to take pleasure in serving you. there are three different ‘salons’ to sit in, and a choice of vista. either looking out onto the shopping precinct or (my favourite) looking out into a beautiful restored Victorian shopping arcade. all this and fantastic coffee too. enjoy.

Nero always seems to be where and when you need a well priced snack or drink outlet for buying food or drink. and they are known to be everywhere! There is always a range of drinks depending on what you feel like too. a absolutely massive range of tea /​coffee /​hot chocolate including cappuccino, morning tea and their world famous specialist coffee. you name it. They also do a little food including, toasted sandwiches, pastries, sandwiches and salads. The staff always seem really attentive, friendly. But this really depends where you are. The branding is very well known, and stores open in my area all the time. Recommended.

I love Caffe Nero, but mostly because of the amazing (and scarily calorific) Caramelatte aka Heaven in a cup.
The café is quite nice as well: this one is huge with a masive upstairs area with comfy seats. I could spend the whole day there chilling out and reading the paper.
