I initially went to another nearby balloon shop that I have bought from before. I had a shipping order and unfortunately for the shop, they were closed on that certain weekday, so I googled ‘Balloon companies’ and luckily I found Blackburn Balloons and Cards.
It was my partner’s 30th birthday coming up and I wanted to go a little OTT on her. The shop was very helpful and had my order ready on time.
They filled each balloon up for me and also filled a couple that I hadn’t purchased there.
I would give them a 5 star rating, they have good quality balloons that seem to last ages, but they do stock poor quality balloons also. My partner was sick recently and I got her a get-​well balloon that started to deflate as soon as I got it out of the car in the hospital car-​park.
