I really want to give this more than three stars but the staff at the cash desks really let this store down.
Today’s cashier didn’t even say hello when I said hello to them.
The previous cashier on my last visit made jokes about thieves who steal credit card details if you use the tap to pay option.
This is part of Central England Co-​operative and as such it has values and principles but if you don’t see that in customer service what is the use of it in a branch level.
It’s a real shame as the branch is easy to shop and very tidy. Clear signs and labels are everywhere and the stock levels look pretty reasonable.
Hopefully I’ll be able to update my experience soon but this was not a good one…

Very bright clean store. Sometimes you can get some great bargains here although most things are more expensive then you would pay elsewhere. The staff are helpful though and will take you to a aisle if you cant find what your looking for. There are usually queues but most of the time you dont have to wait long to be served.
