Pizza Hut UK

I’ve visited here a few times and it has always been really busy, with queues right up to the door. However I went here yesterday at around quarter past 6 and it was pretty much empty!
We were asked to choose our own seats by the staff, so me and my sister picked a booth… the booth had been set for 4 people so there was extra cutlery on the table, which was just at well to be honest as 2 knives and 2 forks were dirty.
We ordered a large half and half pizza, considering the place only had customers on 3 other tables, it still took 40minutes to arrive! Fortunately we had unlimited salad bowls with our meal, which meant I filled up on salad and could only manage 1 slice of pizza before I was totally stuffed, but they kindly packed the rest for us… so lunch was sorted today lol.
Our order was fine, but the people next to us had so many problems with staff getting their orders wrong.
It was quite chilly as the air conditioning was on too high, almost all of the other customers decided to keep their jackets on. I would have liked a nice hot chocolate to offset the cold, but their machine was broken, so that was a shame.
All in all I guess its no different to other large chain restaurants, food is great, but no real atmosphere, staff looked exhausted, ladies bathroom only had 1 clean toilet… with a broken lock and the whole place was a little too cold. So I prefer to order pizza home than to eat out here, but it was OK all In all.
