This is more of a small supermarket than a convenience store. You name it, they sell it. They have a pretty good selection of cold beers and a decent wine shelf. It’s also the only place on the Raddlebarn Road where you can get a newspaper and they also have a fairly good selection of magazines. Of all the small shops on the strip they are always open first, so if you wake up early(as I do) then you know that by 7am you can wonder down and get a pint of milk, or some tobacco. You can pay by card and they don’t add on the spurious 35p charge that some local stores have taken to doing and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are also National Lottery agents, so it’s a place you can throw away £1 on the chance of the big score!
