This is my local Chippy and is great. The chips are ‘proper chips’ — you can taste the quality. Staff are pleasant. I have been over £1 short in the past and been ‘let off’ due to mutual trust(I have always paid them back the next day — even if they forgot). Specials which have been on a long time — large sausage/saveloy and chips, fishcake and chips, roe and chips £2. 2 large haddock and chips or 2 large kebabs and chips £7.90. Worth a visit.

I came in here the other day, whilst I was out of my local area and got the munchies when I was out and about. I saw this place and although it may sound strange, I thought that it looked nice and clean from the outside, which immediately attracted me and also, you cannot beat fish and chips for lunch! I went inside and it was really quiet, but after being to several chippies at lunch time, I have come to realise that chippies tend to be quiet at lunchtimes. Perhaps some people prefer fish and chips for dinner instead! I ordered cod and a small portion of chips, with lots of salt and vinegar. The guy who served me was very nice too and I did not have to wait long at all for my food. The price was fairly cheap and the food was good, nice and hot and very tasty!
