Dr Matrix Reloaded

Matrix Reloaded used to be called Matrix (not sure if it was extended to communication) the previous management really had a bad press not surprising due to its dreadful customer service.
I once required a swipe card and kept on going there to have one after purchasing a mobile phone from there but they kept making excuses to give one, but eventually on another occasion gave one. Unfortunately it was a bad one that needed to be swiped like 5 times for it to function or more painfully for the shop keepers to type in the digits onto their system.
It got raided by the police force once for having illegal machines to unblock fones and was shut down for some time. I have checked out an article about it on the bbc website aswel to confirm.
Lets hope the reloaded management keep a good reputation and maybe one day call themselves Matrix revolutions.
We will wait and see!
