This pharmacy has a huge space and they solved the problem of my cold, the prescription service is very fast and competent too. The outside of the pharmacy is clean and new looking; large NHS posters cover the interior walls.
The selection of products they have available here is also very good. They sell over the counter medications at very reasonable prices. The selection is vast and it is very easy to navigate around the store. They have products for ailments I didn’t even know existed.
The prescriptions are done with speed and they never make mistakes. The staff are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I asked for a cheap alternative to cold remedies and was introduced to genetic varieties.

Balsall Heath Pharmacy offers a good floor space with no obstructions and if you’re lucky enough you might even be able to get one of the seats which sit next to the counter.
Waiting a few minutes for my prescription I had time to scan the shelves and found my eyes falling upon the range of vitamin supplements in the corner of the shop.
Notibly there was also a touch screen Health Check device that was playing an animation in what I thought was Bangladeshi but it wasn’t long before my prescription was ready and I was free to exit the shop.
Service was friendly and English was used as a first language in the shop, so I overheard the football banter between colleagues.
The pharmacist also had a female member of staff available.
Balsall heath Pharmacist offers a friendly professional service and a good stock of produce and is designed to cope with a large amount of demand.
