I needed a conveyancer for a Bexleyheath house purchase, but struggled to find recommendations online, so instead requested a few solicitors to provide me with quotes. Most ignored me (not a good start), but of the ones that replied McMillan Williams seemed the most professional.
I’m glad a used them, as they handled the whole process in a thorough and professional manner. All my enquiries were answered quickly, and they provided the guidance I neededed throughout the process. There were a little more expensive, but when you’re buying a house, spending an extra couple of hundred pounds on a quality solicitor rather than the one getting a commision from the real estate agent is probably worth it.
