Excellent. This incongruous piece of the Orient is sited up a fairly unpromising back staircase in a side alley in Beverley, but do persist, brave reader. Delights are within reach. Once you’re in, the restaurant is a quiet, modern, swish place. Service is very good: we asked for vegetarian variations of the dishes on the menu, and they were very happy to oblige. Green tea comes in a free-to-refill pot for your whole table, which is a nice touch. The crockery is a piece of art in itself(but then I’m a ceramics fan). And the food? Really good. Beats Yo Sushi.(OK — so that’s not quite in the same market). Not expensive. Good sized portions. Definitely recommended.
