Pretty much your standard café. It’s located inside the city hall. Gain entry either through the main doors and turn left and follow the corridor. Or if you are looking at the from of the city hall you can gain access round the left hand side.
It’s the cheaper option for food and drink when the market is on at the city hall. Also good to get heat back into the system and use their toilets.
There is historical picture and info inside the café that some people may be interested in.
