Definitely a solid four stars! We were staying at an Airbnb down the street and were looking for something quick and tasty… Starlight did not disappoint.
Of the four dishes that were ordered, those who had the garlic sauce loved it. The other two… Not so much :(
It’s not that their dishes were bad it’s just that their dishes weren’t nearly as good as the garlic sauce.

Its one of many local Chinese takeaway in my area. They all sell more or less the same stuff, but damn does starlight do it better. I moved to this area last year and went through a good few places before finding starlight. Great food and good delivery times. What more could you ask for.

I initially rated this place as 4 stars, but after a recent visit am upping this to 5 stars. I think I simply forgot just how delicious the food out of this takeaway is!
Starlight is a great takeaway, a favourite of mine which sells traditional Chinese food (well traditional as in European-​Chinese, all the old favourites!). Especially good vegetable satay and curry. The pineapple fritter is also delicious. Chips are good quality too, probably the best quality I’ve tried from a Chinese takeaway. Pleasant and friendly staff and they offer a delivery service also…
