Unfortunately this is not a good shop. I purchased an item and didnt realise it was faulty until i got it home. A refund was refused as it is not policy to refund sale goods. Fact s, it was faulty. Could have had an exchange but under consumer law I would then be subject to their standard return policy of exchange /​credit note, whic his fair enough if i simply change my mind. Refused to listen to Sale of Goods Act and even if I produced it black and white It’s not our Policy to Refund Sale goods If the item was marked as faulty I would understand as It would be bought as seen and reduced /​labelled according. The Manageress was rude and parrot fashion, even walking away whilst I was talking to her, the owner was behind the till but denied ownership, only to then ask her to do somthing. (Why would the manager accept orders from a subordiante of course He was the owner). would love to give it Zero rating but can’t. Contacted TSNI
