It’s like walking into Covent Garden circa 1912, expecting to see Eliza Doolittle and Professor Higgins amid the gorgeous blooms and delicious colourful flowers — but then you realise you’re in Belfast in a florists. But, hey — it comes close, the owners here are well informed about kerb appeal and getting the passing custom in the shop — the doors are flung open to the daylight, and the flowers seem to spill out onto the street on the ground and on tables and displays, they really do make you want to just buy them for their beauty, even if you don’t have a celebration or a gift to buy for someone. The prices are reasonable too, and the little flower plants in pots are very cute as well as the blooms and bouquets that I saw being put together. Really lovely shop.
