This branch of Argos has always been quite busy until the recent decline of Connswater shopping centre. Shopping at Argos is basically self-service, you choose the product you want from the catalogue or on the touch screens, make a note of the item number and then you can either pay at the debit payment machine saving the time of standing in the queue or go to one of the checkout counters if you prefer the traditional way. Then all you need to do is wait until your number shows on one of the screens. Service is pretty quick. Concerning the range of products, I would say you can find everything here from small gadgets through kitchen appliances to even pieces of furniture. However, if you are looking for quality items, avoid their own brand products. Okay, they are cheap, but they won’t last long in my experience. If they work at all…

Argos, you are kind of genius, if truth be told. I can just walk in and pick up a wee tiny pen, flick through the book and find what I want. I then pocket the pen, pay for my goods and pick them up at the wee hole and walk out. Happy as Larry. Everyone knows what is what from Argos and this one is no different. I popped in here to pick up a tent and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of service which can sometimes be this places downfall. There is always good parking near this store and you can’t go wrong with it at all.
