Very poor customer service, poor quality workmanship. I’ve contacted the supplier on several occasions by phone and email. With no reply. I have phoned then and spoken to support staff who tell me only the boss can make a decision and I have asked several times to speak with him and keep being told he’s busy or not on-site, they say he will call me and he does not. To date I have had no phone calls and no resolution. I have also sent photo’s showing evidence of poor workmanship to the suppliers email address to which the support staff confirm they have received, and one of them agreed the condition of the bed is poor quality. This is totally unacceptable customer service, and I fell I have done all I can to try and resolve this action before proceeding with a claim.
