Avoid.
I called at 18:03 locked out, quoted 30 minutes.
I called back at 18:40, said 15 more minutes.
I called back (again) at 19:15, 15 more minutes.
Finally called at 19:30 to just cancel it.
Called another service (the lock co) and they were at my doorstep in 9 minutes flat. Skip this joke of a service! Every time I called back they acted like I was being entirely unreasonable for expecting them to arrive in the time frame promised. They told me the locksmith would call me to give an estimation on time (he never did) and overall, just not a company I’d ever call again to do business with.
