Rook Matthews Sayer

we have recently rented a property through Rook Matthew sayer and to say i was not impressed is an understatement. They were waiting on referances coming back but rather than chasing these they asked us to do it, when we pointed out that it is what they are getting paid for the attitude was really poor. The woman we dealt with was very arrogant and not helpful at all and at the time we were there to fill in the original application just wanted to talk to her colleugue about someone from another house they had rented. Once we had agreed everything with the landlord direct the landlord actually kept in touch with us direct rather than deal with them and has taken the opportunity to manage the property themselves rather than allow the estate agents to manage it as neither of have any confidence in them. Not very proffessional at all. I won’t reccomend anyone use these people if thay want to get anywhere.

A local estate agent that was taken/​merge with rook Matthews Sayer. A great service given from team of helpful staff. Other than that your typical estate agent trying to sell you a house. Shop nicely laid out and a great website for company to view all houses available through them. From my experience a better service then competition in the town. Houses same to be price well by this company both not undervalued but especially not overvalued to look like getting discount if put in lower offer as per some others. Rook Matthews Sayer now have offices all over the north east and their website offers a search for all of their locations.
