I was doing a job in the area for a few weeks, and on one of those days and as I had a half hour wait for the train I came into the Lomond fish bar for a bite to eat before heading home.
The staff where nice enough, but there was only one bit of fish in the window that looked as if it had been sat there quite a while (it was a no for me).
As customers where coming in looking for fish & chips they where told that they where not going to cook of anymore as they where due to close I half an hour.
I just had the plain chips and they where pretty inedible and had the texture of polystyrene in your mouth.
One bad day was enough, and chose to give it a miss ever since.
