Me and the wife first visited the Tirfounder almost 3 years ago. We were looking for a new bungalow. Persimmon had just started building new houses just behind the Asda superstore. GreatI had just found my new local watering hole, somewhere where I could take the wife and have a nice meal and a decent pint of lager without the worry of driving home after a pint or two. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. We’ve never had a bad meal, or been inconvenienced by bad service. Why Don’t you call in after you’ve done your shopping? Or maybe do some house hunting.
