This place specialises in soya bean-​related foods: tofu, soya bean milk, soya bean curds, etc. Very simple menu, but good at what they do. Very good food and value.
As usual, I ordered the marinated tofu and fried noodle. Simple, but nutrious and healthy food.

This place has been around for generations. Thee tofu is amazing and unlike anything available in the U.S. Try the Almond tofu. There is zero aftertaste of and binder or chemical because it’s all made from scratch in house. The sauté tofu is also the best one could expect anywhere. 10⁄10 here! Thank you

銅鑼灣常食小店之二 — 人和。
幾時都話，渣甸街係我最中意覓食既地方。人和鋪面好細，一眼睇曬，坐得有d逼，不過個個其實食兩碟豆腐就走，所以都無乜所謂。
呢到三樣野必食，就係豆腐，豆腐，同豆卜。鹵水豆腐，入味，有豆味，夠滑。炸豆腐，夠香，夠脆口，加埋檯面樽甜辣醬，無敵。豆卜，索曬d汁，一咬小心d汁流出黎，總點係，我從來未食過彈牙既豆卜！
話說呢到人實在太多，所以我體諒呢到有位伙計阿叔9成時間都係黑面燥底，而且佢其實係一個好人。
有一晚，十點幾收工，肚餓到不得了，即刻衝去人和叫碟炒麵豆醬醫肚，食到一半個腦終於function返，醒起大獲銀包無曬錢，抬頭望一望四圍，就係得返果位黑面阿叔，我好似個做錯野既學生，揮一揮手叫個阿叔埋黎，口震震咁同佢講…“我銀包無曬錢…可唔可以去禁” 佢竟然異常慈悲咁同我講“慢慢食埋先去禁啦~” OMG 果一刻我覺得佢是我的神。
