Xuan Sushi is my absolute favorite sushi spot in Hong Kong, value for money. Most may think Xuan is on the pricey side (around $ 2,000 per head for chef’s table omakase) but the food quality is compatible, if not better than, the over-​priced sushi places around town.
The décor is tasteful but not overly luxurious nor ethnic, making it a friendly environment for true sashimi connoisseurs. Don’t embarrass yourself and order salmon sashimi– they offer so much more than that.
Bottomline: omakase by chef Cheng, the daily lunches. Any sashimi and sushi. The egg omlette sashimi
