A solid 4 star. We were in the area looking for some lighter dinner. Congee came to our mind. We ordered a couple congee, and the one with pig liver and scallop definitely stood out. The Chinese name is 心肝寶貝, what a name. :-)
The restaurant is roomy and we didn’t have to wait in line since we went after 9pm.
