I’m on the fence about this place. Although I did buy a «man clutch» here and paid a lot for it. Great store located on trendy Gough Street with a very unusual mix and selection. Service was beyond good, look for Tomas Lai, very polite and patient guy. I went back 3 times before I bought the «man clutch» and not once did he pressure me. Tomas just provided excellent customer service with a smile, pleasant knowledgeable conversation and of course the offer of champagne while I shopped. Toronto could really learn a lot about customer service. I hardly shop in Toronto, and in Hong Kong, I look forward to it every day.
Thanks Tomas, I’m enjoying the clutch. I will look for you when I come back.
