I always thought NY’s post offices were bad until I got to HK.
The lines just don’t move and it’s no wonder, there’s nothing automated here. You can’t weigh your own mail and buy any stamps until speaking to someone directly. The good news is that the staff doesn’t seem to hate their jobs.
