Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel

Hotel is alright. Very good location within the Harbour City development in TST.

I stayed at the Marco Polo for two weeks during a Go-​Live training that I was delivering for one of our clients. They put me in a beautiful 1BR that was connected to one of the largest indoor malls in HK and also directly connected to the corporate offices so I didn’t have to actually walk out in the scorching heat in my suit during work hours. After hours, I could get in more comfortable attire and check out the local surroundings, location was prime being on the harbour and a cheap ferry ride over to Hong Kong Island. The concierge was very helpful and the hotel cleaning service did a wonderful job. The hotel was also walking distance to many of the flea markets and local shops /​restaurants. Very posh area; be aware that once you walk about a mile north, the neighborhoods become a little more dicey so be aware of your surroundings.

Hotel was ok the couple of times I stayed there. Good location, reasonable rooms.
Recent trip — booked hotel last minute, then called back to cancel, both within their 72 hour cancellation period. They still billed me. I’ll not stay there again.
Without this aggravation, I would only give 3 stars — not better or worse than other hotels nearby, just average.

Excellent location but the hotel itself needs update. Lobby looks modern but the rooms are aged

First time inthis hotel and I think itit’s an excellent choice to stayat when you are in Hong Kong. Our room is good, no view unless you like watching an alleyway, but a nice size and no noise from other rooms. Excellent facilities, like a swimming pool, gym and a nice patio overlooking the waterfront of Hong Kong Island and the staff is very helpful and attentative staff.
