Visited with friends and, although dubious «Caribbean» in Hong Kong. The owner Mandy was on duty was really polite, chatty and attentive. The restaurants tucked away in a side street in Sai Kung Town and you can sit outside on bar stools or inside with AC.
Beers was icy cold, good selection of wine but food. Starter food Carribean Dips was bland. A great starter dish called «Feeling Hot» was great. Mains too were, sadly, not up to standard.
Overall, a great little place and once a crowd forms there it would liven up! But not a place to visit specifically for exotic Caribbean food.

I have been wanting to got Mandy’s for years and finally got around to it tonight and overall we were disappointed.
Mandy is a lovely lady who really tries hard and provides great service but unfortunately the food doesn’t match. We tried a number of starters and main meals but none of them were that good. I really like to support local restaurants but this one doesn’t hit the mark
