London House

Food was tasty… but honestly — if this is the service that they’re riding on getting people to venture into East TST (and more importantly coming back) then really — London House, you best #fail that thought.
Gordon, you would lose your shite on your first encounter with your «team».
Picture this, it’s a Saturday night — heaving venues either side of your pub — quality and service will make the point of difference on this strip (not just the name Gordon Ramsey for London House)…so…after being seated we had to just about tackle an attendant to request menus. We then had to tackle someone to take our drinks order.
Upon our drinks being delivered, we then had to tackle that same attendant that delivered our drinks and convince him to take our food order… his response was «2mins I’ll be back»…
15+ mins later, we managed to gain the attention of a manager who took our food and 2^nd drinks order — he then arranged for napkins to sit under our first drinks as they were sweating all over the table in this HKG humidity… you’d exact that at this establishment this is simply something that should have accompanied the drinks initially.
Some time later, our meals arrive — great flavors and presentation. Yet again — the same battle — as we try to get our 3^rd and 4^th round of drinks… it really was a nightmare.
With the first attendant — we managed to order one drink off her as she seemed too busy to take the rest of our drinks order and left mid conversation… we only completed the drinks order when we kidnaped the server who brought the one drink to our table — and some how we managed to keep her attention for an entire round of drinks orders!
I must applaud you for your FANTASTIC SERVICE GUYS — Not!
Would I be back… or…would the group of four I was with be back — NOPE, NEVER.
Would I recommend — perhaps if you were in the region and couldn’t get out of East TST… but I won’t be saying you should tick this off your HKG list!
Gordon — get back here and tear these idiots a new one as they are letting you down!
Overall score — we are all disappointed with London House…2 stars… only as the food was relatively tasty.
If it weren’t for the food — I’d probably have selected 1 or zero stars — surely there’s some room for improvement here at London House.

A causal version of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. This place serve classic pub food.
We ordered White baites and cold cut platter as starter, followed by the good old classic fish & chips and Bangers & mash. Desserts included Eton mess and bread butter pudding. It was a nice meal given the décor is nice and service overall is pretty good. The fish and chips was exceptionally good! However, other dishes are quite salty. We finished the meal feeling quite thirsty and hence giving a 3 stars for this meal.
Would I come back again? Probably, I can foresee myself coming back with friends for a drink and some nibbles.

The Tuna Tatar is gorgeous– tuna with nice texture and sauce that completes the snack.
The place is set up as a british pub with huge screen for sport events and a small stage for live music.
Room for improvement:
20 minutes waiting for a Tuna Tatar is a little bit long
Other guests also had problems getting the food in a appropriate time.
