King Tak Hong Porcelain Co.

I was just walking by and popped in when I saw all the china inside. I needed some small soy sauce bowls and this reminded me that I kept meaning to find some and buy them.
This place is like wholesale for plates, cups, saucers, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Mostly basic styles in porcelain and plastic, they have a wide variety in basic colors, styles of everything you might need when it comes to a table setting. They also have stuff for the home (ie cleaning products, plastic storage boxes, stackable tubs, etc).
There are two floors of product, stacked floor to ceiling everywhere you look

Anything household and tableware related that you can think of… you’ll find it here. I’ve been there a few times, for different reasons: hangers, plastic boxes, baskets… and I’ve always found exactly what I was after. In fact, the space is rather big, spanning across two floors packed with items for the house (kitchen, bathroom, outdoors, party…). The only problem is that 100% of the time you leave the shop with more things than you initially thought you need.
Today my boyfriend and I were looking for a basket, for a DIY Mid-​Autumn Festival gift that we’ll pack with customized goodies. Well, of course they had baskets, of all shapes and colors, which made it a little difficult to decide between the two of us. We finally went for a big dark one (see picture) that only cost 45HKD and it’s really well finished. Besides the decoration section, there is a big one on kitchenware (with everything from pans to baking trays, oven gloves, tongs, scissors, mixing bowls, colanders…) and tableware (check out the black and white zen plates collection for plates and the wine glasses). They also sell disposable plates and glasses in cardboard and plastic for picnic or party.
If you can’t still find something on store, which I really doubt, they have a great website and an online shop — products are listed by category and very well described and they deliver to your door (free from 1000HKD). If you want to check out the store, you won’t miss it, as it is well seen from afar since they display and hang a ton of items at the front of the shop.
