In my opinion, this place makes the best egg tart I have had so far in Hong Kong. If you go early in the morning, that is when it’s the freshest. It is warm and so delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness in the soft egg custard and the crust is flaky and melt in your mouth. Actually it is warm when I purchased it in the late afternoon too, but the crust was a little more crispy and not as flaky.
