My #1 guilty indulgence when in Hong Kong is curry fish balls. Healthworks is located right in front of a bus stop and steps away from the hotel that I stayed at. The first day I arrived in Hong Kong, my cousin brought me here and we had a feast of snack food.
Tea marinated eggs, curry fish balls, and fish siu mai. All so delicious. The subsequent 2 weeks that I stayed there, every time I walked by, I would pick up one of the above. The curry has a good amount of spice, and who doesn’t love an egg while sitting on the bus?
