I usually avoid «all-​you-​can-​eat» places when it comes to food. The beauty of an all-​you-​can-​eat place is that you can feed even your hungriest friend at one flat rate (i.e. no one can say it’s unfair…) On the other hand, you are compromising quality for quantity.
At Garden Restaurant, the food selection is plenty but there aren’t too many premium ingredients to choose from. However, beer (Carlsberg) and other non-​alcoholic beverages are included so it’s still a pretty sweet deal. Good for large groups, students, and any gathering where «being fair» is more important.
