Dim Sum Bar

Growing up, I could care less about how greasy dim sum was. But as an adult, I’ve no longer been as carefree about what I am willing to ingest. With this, I’ve definitely learned to appreciate spots that offer dim sum that focuses on being well-​prepared and not overly greasy. One such spot is Dim Sum Bar.
This is not your traditional dim sum place where carts or trays are being circulated around the restaurant. Instead you get a list where you essentially check off the dishes you want. If you’re not entirely too familiar with all the available options on the printed paper list, there’s a picture-​based menu that you can cross reference.
Everything we have tried here has been excellent. If you’re in the TST area, I would highly recommend checking Dim Sum Bar out. Just be aware that it’s somewhat hidden at the very edge of Harbour City mall. You actually have to exit the mall and cross the street to get to it. But don’t let the slightly hidden location deter you. this place is worth hunting it down.
