This is one of the nicer bars in Causeway Bay. I come here sometimes, and even celebrated one of my birthdays here one yet.
Although the setting is nice, I think there are a few things I would think could be improved, such as the service.
Out of the times I have been here, the service staff seemed a little on the local side, not so much language-​wise, more regarding the attitude. I remember going in to find a friend while they were visiting, the girl stopped me at the front and wouldn’t let me in until I told them who I was looking for. It was a busy saturday night and quite loud inside, it’s normal for them not to hear their phone. I mean, i think it’s more of the little things that could easily be improved with better training.
As for the rest of the bar, I actually think is very nice. They have a nice sized-​bar, overlooking a bit of Causeway Bay. The drinks are also quite reasonably priced in comparison to other hotel bars.
They have a nice outdoor patio area as well, it is situated right next to the swimming pool, so for hotel guests who are staying there, I can envisage quite a nice environment, going for a dip and then relaxing with a glass of cocktail/​ice cold beer.
I have been here in the afternoon for meetings, it’s not a bad place for meetings, it’s relatively quiet and there aren’t too many people.
