Star street along with Moon Street and Sun Street at the boundary of Wanchai and Admiralty and anchored by PP3 is Le Petit Paris à Hong Kong. Chez Patrick is a good place for some French bistro and deli food. They used to have a great prix fixe menu that offered some value. Last time I went it was a la carte. Food is good but if prices continue to rise it will tip the good food — fair price balance.

This casual diner looks like a pro but we have been a bit disappointed by the steak. Failed to deliver a medium rare, we have received a medium well steak instead. The lamb shack is good however, lean and tender and very juicy. The stew with chick peas is yummy.
