If you know about the bar method workout, then you should definitely come here. If you don’t, you should definitely try just one class to convince you that this is an amazing workout that tones your body and strengthens your core while straightening your body posture. The barre workout uses forms of Pilates, yoga, and dance. I highly recommend Barre2Barre to everyone, whether beginner or advanced, you go at your own pace. So even though Karen or Mylene will push you to do your best and work your hardest, only you know your limits.
