Nice indoor and outdoor dining. I was attracted by the DJ playing lounge music which was perfect on a Saturday night dining out in Condado. Food was pretty decent. Had the mixed greens salad and the linguini in clam sauce. My friend had Salmon over a lentil and greens salad, not bad. The vegetable soup was pretty delish. Overall I would give this joint a 3.5 star rating more for the ambiance than for the food. Overall decent.

Ahh! We had the best dinner here! Serafina was over the top amazing and so great to our group. Since we had a group of 22 people we had a private room. The service was awesome! They worked so hard and really made our dinner special. Favorite dishes: bruschetta, bolognese and the burger. Wow! We loved it all! Customer service was spot on!

If you are staying in Condado, Serafina is good stop for dinner. I was staying at the Marriott so a quick stroll down Ashford for a stop at La Concha was a convenient choice. I actually enjoyed my meal at this location more than in NYC. I had a margarita pizza which had thin crust reminiscent of what you will find at any pizza place in Italy. My mom had spaghetti vongole which was good but overly salted. The highlight of the experience is the set up they have outside. Chic but comfy tables and booths under a yellow canopy. Perfect way to dine outside!

Not very good and prices are pretty steep considering food is sub par. Pretty outdoor seating. Had the ceasar salad, it was ok but it was $ 12.75 and very small for steep price. Pizza was very disappointing ultra thin crust and cheese wasn’t visible to the naked eye. Service was good.

Upscale pizza is surprisingly popular in Condado. We set out to eat at the higher rated Di Parma but managed to look at the menu and sit down here without realizing our mistake. The pizzas are similar in price and ingredients. Their patio is nice but lacks Di Parma’s view. My only complaint is that our pizza took quite awhile, a theme of food service on the island.

We had a phenomenal New Year’s Eve dinner here. Our server, Eli, was very attentive and helped make our meal feel like a special occasion. Of the items we ate, I highly recommend the burrata, beef tartare, and tuna carpaccio starters. My entrée was a pizza, and while it was good, it was less special than the pasta others ordered. I was concerned about Serafina being a) a chain, b) attached to a hotel, and c) Italian food in Puerto Rico, but they really delivered a nice dinner experience.

This place is great! The atmosphere, food, music, service. I was surprised there were not better reviews cause I have been here quite a few times. I always get the burrata & it is amazing. The bruschetta & pizza are good as well. The ravioli & Caesar salad are yummy. I came with one of my best friends visiting tonight & she didn’t like her pasta. She sent it back & the manager came & apologized & offered her dessert. That is good service. You should eat here

I would give this place 0 star if I could. The food was okay but the service was horrible. Drink and food orders were messed up. We asked for separate checks at the beginning but they bought us 1 check. We asked the checks to be split like we asked at the beginning by what was ordered. They bought us evenly split checks. With 1⁄8 of everything that was ordered on everyone’s check… The wait was long for the check and the food… 2.5 hours wasted. 20% tip was added to the bill that they«couldn’t» take off bc we were a party of greater than 6. The service did not deserve 20% tip. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if the food was good(it was only decent)

Worst experience I’ve had on the island so far. It was really unfortunate as our group was ready to start New Year’s Day with a great meal. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy, orders came out incorrectly, and we needed to ask several times for our drinks/condiments/check. Paying was a nightmare and took about 45 minutes as our check was incorrect after several attempts. I’ve been to several Serafina locations in NYC and have had a wonderful experience. Not the case here. Save yourself the hassle and check out some of the neighboring local spots instead.

My recent experience at Serafina was OK. Food was served at a very leisurely pace — we were quite hungry and wished our main entrees had come out a little bit quicker. We shared a pizza as an appetizer, which was the standout of the night. It was large enough to share with about 6 people. I had the spinach and ricotta ravioli which was good. Solid spot but not the best in the neighborhood.

Vegetarian review: We ate here at 11:00pm on Christmas Eve shortly after arriving in Puerto Rico. It was one of the only close places open. The waitress was fantastic, as were the cocktails. Food was served quickly but all around was mediocre. Flavor was lacking. Returned for dessert and another drink a second night and the cocktails were once again great but the dessert didn’t deliver.

We stopped in for dinner here on a weekend and were surprised that we were seated promptly with a spot in the beautiful patio. The décor! I love it! We started off with the Passion Fruit mojitos, which were okay… I have definitley had better, and the TARTAREDISOFIA which was amazing! We scarffed it up instantly and wish we would have gotten another one. We decided to split the TUNADELPRINCIPE which was good but could have done without the weird tasting sprouts. One of my only other complaints was the service. The waitress was not very attentive and literally grabbed a plate away from the table while my boyfriend was grabbing something off of it. She did not really check in with us that often either. Serafina has some room for improvement but was a relaxing experience with good food over-all.

I admit, it’s good! Service was shitty earlier today but we still came back later in the evening for dinner and all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Pizza, pasta, salmon. Let’s not forget the vino

Nice place and atmosphere, really enjoyed couple of pre-dinner drinks at the bar and then had great pizza with wine inside. Unfortunately they do not earn the fifth star just yet until they get their act completely together — while sitting at the bar we were handed two different revisions of printed menus, first one has shorter list of drinks and listed the price for all at $ 9 and the newer had more drinks and right prices(main list of drinks at $ 12, a smaller extra list at $ 14). Neither of these printed menus were identical to that shown online(for example the drink called Passion is different in all three) so effectively there are three revisions of menus shown to customers and one has really outdated prices. It’s small things like these that makes one wonder if there are other things too that are not properly addressed.

We are just back from a 5-day trip to Puerto Rico and enjoyed lunch here three days in a row. We have stayed at La Concha many times and were so pleased to see they added the restaurant onto the front of the hotel in a space that was previously underutilized. The space looks great, is really quaint, great lighting and seating options… overall nice ambiance day or night. It looks like it’s always been there if you didn’t know otherwise. The food was fantastic. We sampled everything from pastas to pizzas… to a really delicious and fresh tomato/basil/mozzarella salad. We loved the great drink menu and the wine list was super reasonable. What really stood out to be honest was the service. Francis was our bartender multiple days and she was fantastic. Everything you want in a great bartender: knowledgeable about the menu, frank in her opinions on wine/menu options, attentive without hovering and friendly! Senior management was also welcoming, introducing themselves and chatting every day with a «welcome and thank you for coming.» Friends we were traveling with also ate there numerous times… all to rave reviews on food and service. Kuddos to Serafina, a welcome addition to a great hotel. See you again in February/March.

Carlynn, our waitress was amazing!!! This was our first trip to Puerto Rico: amazing place and amazing people. Carlynn(I hope I got the spelling right :)) was not just professional, but went above and beyond! She took time to tell us which places to visit and how to do it as well!!! Her tips were amazing.

Not sure why everyone is so salty. This place is amazing. I visited the one in New York a month ago and this one takes the cake! It’s brand new so it’s patio is SUPER cute! It’s right in the middle of the strip so close to everything. The food and drinks are amazing! The Serafina champagne cocktail is a must have and the BRUSHETTA!!! Omg… I got one to go lol

Let’s just say if you are looking to enjoy your dining experience this is not the place to go. If you’re a masochist however, this would probably be your thing. Let me just recap our experience. First, we are quoted at 35 minutes wait, okay cool it’s a popular place. Once that time was up and we checked on our reservation, we were then quoted an additional 45minutes to an hour AND we were not going to be accomidated with our outside table we requested from the beginning. This is just not acceptable. Being as everyone of us in our party(of 7) have had restaurant experience we were quite understanding of what goes on in the world of running a restaurant so we trudged on to try to make the best of our situation. After almost an hour wait we were finally seated inside. Once inside we were greeted by what I couldn’t even describe as a waitress. She was quite possibly the actually I know the worst waitress I have ever encountered. She was annoyed by even our presence at her table, let alone the temper tantrum she was throwing with having to give us waters to drink.(it’s San Juan, its hot we needed water). Getting any other drinks to the table in less than 30 minutes… HA! yea right. and don’t even think about refills. I’ve actually had root canals that have gone smoother than this dining experience. I must say being in the restaurant industry, I have a lot of forgiveness for kitchen issues. So what, the pizza appetizer came out cold. The steaks were boiled… yes boiled in water, not broiled or grilled… looked more like a McDonalds McRib laying on a plate rather than a $ 30 steak… but you know the Sashimi Tuna and Farfalle were wonderful. IFONLY i could have enjoyed putting some ground pepper on my Farfalle while it was still warm. After asking for pepper 3 times, twice to the manager and owner It was a cold dish by the time my pepper came. The Kicker, you may ask? In the 20 minutes(no exaggeration) that it took to get my pepper 4 of the 7 girls at my table hadn’t received entrees yet. But you know what they did receive a lot of rude comments, being ignored and the worst service by our lovely waitress. I could continue to tell you how they expected us to pay for food we sent back for being undercooked, still frozen, plain disgusting and all but why, I could tell you how the owner bragged about the 35K a day he was making since opening and how he is firing his chef on Tuesday. or how we need to not be upset with our Ursella of a waitress… or even how he avoided us, practically falling over people to get away as we were leaving. But no need to continue this novel I have written… Just know that if you want to treat yourselves, your family or friends to a fun experience with great food… go anywhere but here in San Juan. No need to ruin a night here!

Okay, where to start? Michael, our waiter, was very nice, that’s it… When we arrived at the place it was half full but they couldn’t seat us because there were no waiters to take our order, so we waited for few minutes and got seated. We ordered Fried Calamari a Nopolitan Pizza and a Burger, We specifically ask the waiter if the calamari where served in big rings and he said yes but they where low quality small rings and chunks. When we confront him he went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that the chef told him that they change the calamaris they where offering because these where faster to cook and cheaper. OMG so they sacrifice quality for timing and cost, Oh well then the pizza arrived, under cooked, and 20 minutes before the Burger. When we told Michael that the pizza was under cooked he took the pizza to the kitchen and he came back saying the chef say that 3 people checked the pizza and it was good; 20 minutes passed and they brought back the same pizza completely burned, non edible, even missing the piece that we took off, I could not believe my eyes, this is supposed to be a top notch establishment. It was good that one of the managers was at our table talking to us when Michael brought back the pizza and took it, threw it away and brought us a new one that was Mehhhh. Then the bun on the Burger was stale, hard, after all that happened I didn’t want to complain again so I decided to eat my burger with a fork and knife without the bun. The meat on the burger was ok but the fries where cold and had been cooked way before the burger. There are big issues going on in Serafina, they have been open for a month and there is no positive change in their operation as I can read from other reviews here. I hope they can work out their problems as this can create a bad reputation for the Serafina Chain and for La Concha Hotel which is one of the best rated hotels in San Juan.

Muy mala la experiencia culinaria, ademas que es muy cara para comer pizza. Se nota falta de organización, logística y entrenamiento del personal. Lo único destacable es la decoración y su ubicación. Les daré varios meses de break para volver a ver si mejoraron.
