Cocktails-only review. So happy we stumbled in on the only night we walked around the neighborhood! The bar was very quiet when we arrived around 7pm on a Thursday night, but this made our visit more fun because both bartenders were able to chat with us and the other patrons. The guys were extremely friendly and made great cocktails. One of the few bars we found in San Juan using local rums and fruit juices to make great cocktails!

The food is fresh and authentic. Delicious and homie with a cool chill vibe. The service is great and very inviting, Natalie was great! Coming from NY with a Latin heritage and consider myself to be a bit of a food snob, I find Kaña a great Latin fusion restaurant. The ceviche was delicious and fresh, perfect for an island experience as well as the fish pasteles. A great chill yummy experience!!!

Kaña is definitely worth it! A hidden gem off the beaten path we found on one of our last nights in SJ. I don’t drink mojitos usually… EVER… But the coconut one was AMAZING! and the service is so personal and friendly… An ABSOLUTE must try… Will have to come back.
