The staff were very friendly, service was good, but the chips and dip were terrible. Come here for a beer in the sun but eat elsewhere.

I recommend the fish tacos and tostones. Great food and service!

We’re nice set up, bartenders are very friendly, really good drinks. A little pricey but I think for the ambiance we are in it is well worth it.

I was staying at the hotel & we were too lazy to go out & grab some lunch.
we decide to sit here once we got comfy we order some food.
We had the Chicharon de Pollo came with Fries we also had an order of the sweet Plantains.
Chicken was pretty good nice & crispy came with a chimichuri sauce the sauce was good.
Decent fries tasted great when dipping them in the sauce good plantains, nice & sweet.
Best thing about this place is the wonderful ocean view, food is ok we didn’t have any drinks, service was a little slow but no big deal there since u are sitting there enjoying the nice weather & view.
Food was decent, prices are pretty high for the kind of food they serve unfortunately u are eating at a Hilton hotel so u should expect prices to be high.
The restaurant also has a swim up bar, nice to enjoy while you are staying at the hotel Best thing about this place is the beautiful view.

The swim-​up bar in the main pool area at the Caribe Hilton is amazing. It literally lets you swim up to the circular bar and order both food and drinks while watching the sun set over the Caribbean.
They have a full menu and you can find the «original» Pina Coladas from 1954 here.

Had a delicious hot dog and fries here after a day of pool and beach. It’s on the hilton grounds facing the beach so it’s beautiful. It just took forever for it to arrive. Shouldn’t take 30 min to make a hot dog!

Slow, and not too fast, and took a really long time for the food — on top of that, the burger was just okay and the chiccarones were dry.
