My sister and I had a great excursion with Junglequi! Our guides for ziplining were fun and attentive, and they clearly took the safety of the guests very seriously. The ziplines themselves, though small, were a lot of fun with beautiful views! After the ziplining, we checked out the tubing in the natural pools which was a great experience as well. Jonathan was a huge help to us and guided us through the process! Overall, would definitely recommend. In terms of getting to the location, Waze has the correct address within the app and took us straight there. The roads are quite bad, so keep that in mind, but other than that a fairly easy drive in!

We did zip lining here and had avoid time. Out of our group of 4 only one had ever ziplined so it was a new experience for all of us. The guides, Juan Carlo and Luis, are informative and hilarious. It was a good experience after hiking the rainforest all day

I came here yesterday with my sister. We have never been to Puerto Rico, or even on plane for that matter, and we were excited to add some more firsts to our lists. Since we have never been zipling, or to the rainforest, we figured why not do both! We had this arranged through our hotel the Gran Melia resort which is about 15– 20 minutes away from this site, so not too bad. The hotel gave us the wrong directions so we were a little worried when we showed up a tad bit late to our scheduled time. When we got there we realized our worries were for nothing! We were greeted by the nicest group of people we have met so far in Puerto Rico. Our tour guides Were Stephen and Abraham. The tour stated with a little walk around the rainforest with Stephen. He showed us some really neat things in the rainforest, and gave us some history about the Taino people. I really enjoyed this part. I appreciate learning new things and wouldn’t have noticed a lot of the things he pointed out if I walked El Yunque alone. We were a little sad that it had rained so much because we couldn’t swim in the natural pools, but seeing the river crashing around was pretty breathtaking as well. The Ziplining was awesome. The entire time we had amazing conversations with Stephen and Abraham. They made us very comfortable and also made us feel safe. Both of us were extremely happy to have met them. I certainly would recommend asking for them by name if you want to have a good time. We will be back to Puerto Rico and will likely be back to Jungleaui as well. Thanks guys for the awesome time!

I went zip lining here last week and it was an overall great experience and I definitely recommend it to zip line beginners. There were a total of 7 zip lines and 1 rappel, none of which were terrifyingly high. There are probably 2 zip lines that may frighten you, but they can be much much worse(as they are in Mexico and Costa Rica). Note that each zip line is secured with two cables that extend from one tree to the next(unlike some places that use just one). The tour is about an hour and a half long and is very safe from beginning to end(if safety is a concern for you as it was for me). Our tour guides were Abraham and Danny and they were THE best, even though I held up most of the zip lining tour because my fear of heights was getting the best of me. Nonetheless, thanks to them both, my $ 90 did not go to waste and I did make it to the end(I can’t say the same of the last zip lining tour I went on, where the tour guide didn’t even try to convince me to keep going). If you can, be sure to ask for Abraham and Danny when you decide to pay this place a visit, you won’t be disappointed. They’re very funny, extremely encouraging and they truly do care about your experience.

We did ziplining with this company and it was SO much fun! The guides were amazing and made the experience exciting the entire time, great for beginners. When I read other reviews I was a little concerned because of other reviews about it being so simple, but it was perfect for me! When I come back I want to do some of the other activities they offer like tubing. Great location, although a little odd, right before the El Yunque Portal. It’s is an old YMCA camp site. Highlight of my trip & one thing checked off of my bucket list! Highly recommend!!!

I spent an afternoon at ziplining at the Ecoadventure Park in the rainforest because it got rave reviews on Tripadvisor. I had some serious doubts because I generally am pretty adventurous and love the idea of ziplining, however, find it pretty boring and more relaxing than exciting. They claim to have 7 ziplines(seems like fewer because some were very short), and a huge free fall rappel(belaying at the rockclimbing gym is more exhilarating). I would absolutely recommend coming with your family or unatheletic, unadventurous friends — I did the entire hike and all ziplines with flip flops on(not recommended). Make sure to get the discount by liking them on facebook. The guides are pretty funny and it can be a good bonding experience. There was one particular line that was beautiful, you zip over a running river. When you arrive, don’t be scared of the deserted parking lot or because it looks pretty ghetto. The gloves they provide are the gardening type from Home Depot, which seem to be ~5 years old, have been haphazardly cut off at the wrists and smell of wet dog. While the equipment may seem questionable, I imagine getting hurt here requires a complete lack of common sense. For the zipline gurus, I hear there is a longer zipline at another adventure park, which allows you to ride«superman style»(aka head first), but have less interesting guides. If I were to do PR over again, I would’ve preferred to hike to the waterfalls in JungleQui(maybe 30 min from the adventure park), a 1 hour or so hike which you should plan to do before 6pm when it gets incredibly dark. Pro-tip: bring a towel and get there early to avoid the crowds.

Zip-lining was great fun, the guides were professional and funny. More lines would have made this review a 5.

Excellent service. The managers and the instructors are friendly and make everyone comfortable. We had taken the afternoon tour and because it was raining heavily it was just my husband and me. I had booked the 5 zip line tour & Woohoo the staff upgraded us to the 7 zip line tour. Set amidst the rainforest the views were great, the rain made it look more breath taking. Don’t miss this !!

Eric and Luis were great instructors; clear, funny, respectful, and always focused on safety. I liked that they started with a nature walk/talk; it makes you appreciate your surroundings much more. We went through seven or eight zip lines and rappelled a bit. Lots of fun.

Excellent instructors/guides and level 1 zipline adventure. 7 ziplines — some 800 ft long over rainforest canopy. You can contact them by phone or through Facebook at
