Brilliant! We really enjoyed this hotel and Lisbon on a whole.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet and made for a pleasant stay. Not the biggest room but you’re in Lisbon why would you want to spend a lot of time in there anyway?
The hotel is in need of a little bit of maintenance. Nothing major that would spoil your trip. Everything worked great but you can start to see it need some TLC. Fresh paint would do it wonders.
The free Wi-​Fi was very nice to have and worked really well on multiple devices. I’m always shocked that larger hotel chains seem to charge for this. I mean even Mc Donald’s offers free WiFi and your not spending $ 100+/night.
Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Most days we wouldn’t need to stop for lunch till 2 or 3 PM.
The staff was very friendly and they spoke and understood English very well. It made life a lot easier when asking for assistance, recommendations and directions.
The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many sites, restaurants, bars, café and shopping.

Este Hotel, com origem espanhola, é uma recente aposta na cidade de Lisboa e que que procura dar uma nova vida à zona da Baixa. O empreendimento não tem muitos quartos, e a equipa é multifacetada. Apesar de nunca ter ficado aqui a dormir, conheço bem o funcionamento do hotel, os responsáveis e os espaços comuns de circulação dos hóspedes. Tem uma decoração moderna e os preços estão na média.
